Natasha Dahlberg
Natasha is a rare Phoenix native. She is truly in love with Arizona and all it has to offer. She grew up surrounded by golfing, cheering on the Diamondbacks, and competing in cheerleading and dance. She is a passionate lover of yoga, and has been practicing for over 20 years. When Natasha attended her first CrossFit class in 2017, she had never touched a barbell, rower, kettlebell, wallball, etc.; but from that moment on, she was hooked and never looked back.
What Natasha loves most about our sport is the constant variations in the CrossFit workouts. She adores that the programming in CrossFit always keeps you on your toes, and finds it exhilarating that you will never run out of things to work on or PRs to reach. She is a strong believer in continuing other activities to enhance your endurance and performance at the gym, so you will still see her practicing yoga, street and trail running, and hiking all of the gorgeous mountains Arizona has to offer.
Natasha has competed in two local competitions, receiving first place at the AZ FitCon (in the intermediate division) and second place in a partner competition from East Valley Strength and Conditioning. She is more competitive with herself than others, but if you ever want to work out with someone that will spark some friendly competition, she is your girl. Inadvertently, she will also be your biggest cheerleader, especially mid WOD.
Outside of the gym, Natasha is a high school mathematics and health education teacher to both Freshman and Seniors. She aspires to be a lifelong learner, both academically and physically. She has ran a plethora of marathons, hundreds of half marathons, has hiked the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim, and is obsessed with Trail Ragnar (yes, even the ultra version). Fitness fun aside, Natasha is also an avid reader, goes to at least one movie a week, enjoys gaming on her PS5, crocheting items for friends and family, running with her dog Queenie every morning, and keeping up with all of the Star Wars and Marvel content Disney has to offer.
